1. Return Window & Eligibility

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition:

  • Unworn & Unwashed: Items must not show signs of wear or laundering.
  • Original Tags: All company and manufacturer tags must remain attached.
  • Safe Packaging: Items should be returned in original packaging whenever possible.

Hygiene & Safety Note:

Our company cannot accept returns for items that have been altered, smell of perfume/smoke, or show visible customer-inflicted damage.

2. How to Start a Return

To ensure your refund is processed accurately, do not send items back without authorization. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Support

Email help@holdingtax.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Get your RMA

Our company will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Step 3: Pack & Label

Include the RMA inside the box and attach our prepaid label to the exterior.

Step 4: Drop Off

Deliver the package to the designated carrier (USPS/UPS) and keep your drop-off receipt.

3. Free Return Shipping

Our company provides complimentary return shipping labels for all domestic U.S. returns. While the original shipping fee ($6.99) is non-refundable, you will never pay out-of-pocket to send items back to us.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, our company takes full responsibility. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a priority replacement or a 100% refund (including original shipping costs) at no cost to you.
