Where do you deliver?
We exclusively ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam), or international destinations.

How can I track my package?
Once dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email with a Tracking Number and a link to the carrier’s portal. We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and digital wallets like PayPal. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
How do you protect my financial data?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
We offer a 4-hour modification window. Within these 4 hours, you can cancel your order for a full refund, correct typos in your address, or change product specifications like size or color (subject to availability).
What happens after the 4-hour window?
After 4 hours, your order is automatically sent to our fulfillment center and cannot be stopped or modified. If you still wish to return the item, you must wait for delivery and follow our standard Return Policy.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return request. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
What are the conditions for a return?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original resalable condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Personalized items, custom-made apparel, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How long does the refund process take?
Once your return is received, it is inspected within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. It may take an additional 5 business days for your bank to post the funds.
