To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

2. Inspection and Approval Process

Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our quality assurance team will inspect the item(s) within 3–5 business days.

After inspection, we will send you an email notification to confirm whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the returned goods. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

3. Refund Timeline (When to Expect Your Money)

We aim to complete all refund transactions as quickly as possible:

  • Processing Window: Refunds are typically issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve your return.
  • Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank statement or credit card balance.

4. Refund Method

All refunds are strictly credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal). We cannot issue refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts to prevent fraudulent activity.

5. Refund Deductions & Shipping Costs

Please review the following regarding financial adjustments:

  • Original Shipping Fees: The initial shipping charge of $6.99 is non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fees: We are proud to offer $0.00 Restocking Fees for all standard returns.
  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part, JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC will cover all shipping costs and provide a 100% full refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@holdingtax.com.
