SHIPPING POLICY

At JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping times, rates, and processes.


1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, etc.).

  • Please Note: At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.).
  • International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees at checkout:

3. Order Processing & Transit Time

The total time to receive your order is the sum of the Handling Time and Transit Time:

A. Handling Time (Order Processing): 1–2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) will typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or during federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

B. Transit Time (Shipping Duration): 2–4 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier peak seasons, or adverse weather conditions.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 3–6 Business Days.

4. Authorized Carriers

To ensure your package arrives in perfect condition, we partner with the most reliable national carriers:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • Federal Express (FedEx)

The carrier is automatically assigned by our system based on the order’s size, weight, and the fastest available route to your address.

5. Order Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, or if your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team immediately at support@holdingtax.com. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Order Adjustments & Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Any costs for reshipping an order due to an incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
