Cancel/Change Order

ORDER ADJUSTMENT & ADDRESS VERIFICATION POLICY

At JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC, we understand that errors can happen during the checkout process or that plans may change shortly after a purchase. Because we aim to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible, we have established the following policy regarding order modifications and address accuracy at holdingtax.com.

1. The 4-Hour Modification Window

To provide our customers with flexibility, we offer a 4-hour grace period from the moment an order is placed. During this window, you may request changes or a full cancellation of your order.

Available Adjustments Within 4 Hours:

• Complete order cancellation and full refund.
• Correction of typos in the shipping address.
• Changes to product specifications (e.g., shoe size, color, or style), subject to inventory availability.

2. How to Request an Adjustment

If you need to make a change, please act immediately using one of the following methods. Please ensure you provide your Order Number for faster service:

• Email: Contact our support team at support@holdingtax.com.
• Contact Form: Use the “Contact Us” section on our website.
• Support Ticket: Submit a ticket through your customer account portal.

3. Post-4-Hour Policy (Finalized Orders)

Once the 4-hour window has elapsed, your order is automatically transmitted to our fulfillment center for picking, packing, and shipping. After this point, we are unable to stop the shipment, modify the contents, or change the delivery address.

If you still wish to return the item after the 4-hour window, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow the procedures outlined in our Return Policy & Refund Policy.

4. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

A smooth delivery experience starts with an accurate shipping address. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is complete and correct before clicking “Place Order.”

Required Information for Successful Delivery:

• Full Name of the recipient.
• Correct Street Name and Apartment/Suite Number.
• Accurate City, State, and ZIP Code.

5. Liability for Incorrect Address Information

JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC is not liable for failed deliveries, lost packages, or shipments returned to our facility due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. In such cases:

• Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.
• The customer may be required to pay an additional shipping fee if the package needs to be resent to a corrected address.
