At JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC, we take great pride in our apparel and accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from holdingtax.com. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines a transparent and fair process for handling returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To ensure a smooth return process, all returned items must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original, resalable condition.
- Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide an order confirmation email or a valid receipt.
Note: Any product returned that does not meet these criteria may be denied a refund and returned to the customer at their own expense.
2. Return Window (30 Days)
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return request. Requests made after this 30-day window will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start your return, please follow these steps to ensure our team can assist you promptly:
Step 1: Email us at support@holdingtax.com with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
Step 2: Include your full name, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 3: Attach clear photos or videos of the item, especially if it arrived damaged or defective.
Step 4: Our support team will review your request within 72 business hours and provide the specific return shipping address and instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Responsibility for shipping costs is determined by the reason for the return:
- Customer Preference (Change of Mind/Wrong Size): The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- JOSEPH KAIMIOLA JR KAMAKA LLC Error (Defective/Damaged/Wrong Item): We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs upon verification.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong size/item was sent by our team. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@holdingtax.com and we will prioritize your replacement order.
6. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that personalized items, custom-made apparel, and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
